Chris Kläfford is not married yet but has a partner, named Bob Linger. The two have been together for almost six years and found each other online. Bob Linger was at Chris’s side when he competed in Idol and lived in Stockholm for almost three months, and he described her as his rock. Their family time and plans to have children are currently on hold for Chris to be able to live out his dream of becoming an established artist. Bob Linger was born on August 31st, 1988 (age 30 years).

Idol is a Swedish reality-competition talent show which was broadcast on TV4. It first appeared in August 2004 and became one of the most popular shows on Swedish television.
In 2017, Klafford won Season 13 of the Swedish Idol series which aired in 2017. He is by far the most successful winner in years with a total of three top five singles on national radio in a year and more than 35 million streams, platinum sales and sold out concerts. He’s the only winner having both the #1 and #7 most streaming singles at the same time.
His performance of Imagine is one of the most viewed on Youtube. In 2018 he did more than 100 own shows in Sweden. In 2019, Kläfford will tour Sweden together with the band Gyllene Tider on their farewell tour.
Chris Klafford Auditions on AGT
America’s Got Talent final episode of the Auditions (Season 14 Episode7) airs on Tuesday, July 9th. Chris Klafford is one of the AGT contestants who will showcase his talent in front of judges Simon Cowell, Julianne Hough, Gabrielle Union, and Howie Mandel.
Chris Kläfford played guitar to “Imagine” by John Lennon. He got a standing ovation from the audience and judges and made it through the next round.
The Judge cuts began for America’s Got Talent Season 14 aired on Tuesday, July 16th. Chris Klåfford performed an original song called “Something Like Me,” which is about people judging him based on his appearance. He received a standing ovation from all five judges, which moved him to tears on stage. The judges were impressed by his performance as he will be moving on to the Live Shows alongside the Emerald Belles, the Missoudi Brothers, Berywam, Lucas and Falco, Ndlovu Youth Choir and golden buzzer recipient Sophie Pecora.
