Ellie Sargeant is best known for being the new girlfriend of Jack Tweed. The pair have been dating for nine months after being introduced by mutual pals. It is good to note that Jack is the widower of Jade Goody, an English television personality. She came to public prominence in 2002 when she appeared on the third series of the Channel 4 reality show Big Brother. She died back on March 22, 2009, at the age of 27 from cervical cancer.

Jack Tweed has gone public with his new girlfriend Ellie Sargeant – 13 years after the Big Brother star died from cervical cancer as per the Daily Mail.

Jack was spotted hanging up banners for a charity walk in memory of Jade, with Ellie supporting him during the outing in Loughton on Monday, September 5. The two have been dating for nine months after being introduced by mutual pals and are already ‘smitten’ with each other and have moved in together in Essex.

The two looked loved-up as Jack put his arm around Ellie while hanging up the posters which featured a photograph of reality TV star Jade. Ellie’s helping Jack organise a charity event in aid of Jade’s honour this summer and will be in attendance to support him.

Jack shared a post on his Instagram post creating awareness for his upcoming charity event. The post reads, “September is Gynaecological Cancer Awarenesses Month – Jade Goody’s memory walk is just two and half weeks away, please join us.

It is so important we raise more awareness for this cause, in 2009 after Jade sadly passed away from dreaded cancer, cervical screening attendances were 70% higher (the Jade Goody effect) and now 1 in 3 women are missing cervical screenings.”

Jade’s and Jack’s relationship began in 2006. The two were both casts on Celebrity Big Brother. In June 2007, she had a miscarriage. After allegations of Tweed’s infidelity, they broke up, later reconciling. Jack lived with Jade and her children in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, until his imprisonment for a December 2006 assault on a 16-year-old boy.  Jack served four months of an 18-month sentence before his release on 27 January 2009, with electronic monitoring and a curfew.

Jade and Jack exchanged rings on 15 February in a private, informal ceremony on the banks of the River Thames, and they married on 22 February at Down Hall country house.  The bride wore a £3,500 Manuel Mota dress, a gift from Harrods owner Mohamed Al-Fayed. The couple signed an exclusive £700,000 deal with OK! magazine for photographs of the ceremony, and Tweed was exempted from his curfew for 22 and 23 February 2009.

Jade passed away on March 22, 2009, at the age of 27 in Upshire, Essex, England. Her cause of death was Cervical cancer.
