Who is Javeria Saddiqui? Arshad Sharif’s Wife; Wiki, Age, Husband’s Death

Javeria Saddiqui is a Journalist who writes for the Turkish Radion & Television corporation. She is also best known for being the wife of Arshad Sharif a Pakistani journalist, writer, and TV anchor who is reported to have been killed on October 24, 2022, in Kenya.

On her Instagram, Javeria describes herself as a journalist and photographer working for TRT. TRT World is a Turkish public broadcaster international news channel that broadcasts in English 24 hours a day. It is operated by the TRT and is based in Taksim Square, Istanbul. She also works as a columnist for Dunay News, Independent Urdu, and ARY News, a leading news channel in Pakistan bringing incredible stories to you from all over the world.

Arshad Sharif Death & Cause

Arshad Sharif death died after being shot on Oct 24 while in Kenya a few days after dying in the country from London.

“Extremely sad news coming from Kenya, Arshad Sharif who was in Kenya has been shot and killed, he was in London a few days before from where he flew to Kenya, ” his fellow journalist, Ali Moeen Nawazish wrote.

“So sad to hear, may the family have patience in this extremely difficult time. Unfortunately, Kenya is known for its high rates of crime and kidnappings. I hope there is an impartial inquiry into the circumstances surrounding his death.

Still hoping the news is wrong.”

Sharif specialized in investigative journalism and covered many political events in the country for national and international news organizations, including the United Kingdom. He was on  23 March 2019, awarded the Pride of Performance by President Alvi for his contributions to journalism.
