Jose Pabon shot himself in the head at his home in the Orange County town of Goshen at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, September 11th, 2019 sources said. He was 49 years old according to Goshen police.
His wife discovered his body. Pabon did not leave a note, Goshen police said. he NYPD’s sergeant’s union did not have an immediate comment.
Nine active cops have taken their lives in 2019, along with at least two retired cops.
