Eric Mumford, a retired accountant and the husband of Judge Lynn Toler is being reported passed away on Dec 23, 2022. His death was confirmed by his wife on Jan 4, 2022.

Lynn Toler is an American lawyer, judge, and television arbitrator (judge). She is best known for her role as a former arbitrator over the longest-running courtroom television series, Divorce Court. From her 14 seasons with Divorce Court from 2006 to 2020, she is the longest reigning arbitrator over the series.

Judge Lynn Toler’s Husband, Eric Mumford

Judge Toler and her husband, Eric Mumford celebrated their wedding in 1989. Eric has four sons from a previous relationship and two sons with Toler. The couple were married for more than three decades. Toler resided in Mesa, Arizona, with her husband, Eric Mumford.

Lynn Toler was born in Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Columbus School for Girls and earned an undergraduate degree in English and American Literature from Harvard College (1981) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (1984).

For eight years, Toler served as the sole municipal judge in Cleveland Heights Municipal Court. Thereafter, she worked as an attorney specializing in civil matters. At 34 years old, she won her first judicial race by just six votes as a Republican in a predominantly Democratic district where Democrats held a 5:1 majority.

Eric Mumford’s Death & Cause

Mumford died on Dec 23, 2022. His death was announced by his wife who wrote on Facebook, “I will always love you. ALWAYS. BigE Sunset 12/23/2022.”
