Bush claims to have met Fisher in 2016 at a recording studio when she was working as a model after arriving in Los Angeles from Indiana. She said Fisher agreed to help her launch a music career and had started making recordings with her, but soon became aggressive and abusive, demanding sex and telling her it was necessary to get somewhere in the industry, and eventually raping her when she refused.

Kristina is one of six women, some established professionals and others music-industry newcomers, who have spoken out publicly against what they said was Fisher’s sexual aggression.

Kristina Buch Lawsuit Against Noel Fisher

On December 27, 2018 Kristina Buch filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Noel Fisher alleging assault and battery, sexual battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit obtained by Billboard read; “This complaint, unfortunately, tells the tale of an aspiring musician who was manipulated, abused, and ferociously and repeatedly raped at the hands of a person she trusted, her supposed mentor, a critically acclaimed music producer”. The suit continues adding that shortly after Buch and Fisher met he began courting her with “promises of a music career, showering her with compliments and telling her she was going to be a star.”

The suit alleges that the relationship turned ‘very dark’ after Fisher became “controlling and verbally abusive toward Buch, telling her that she needed to have sex with him and others to get ahead in the music industry. Fisher also consistently attacked Buch’s self-worth, breaking her down emotionally and maker her subservient to him.”

In the suit, Bush alleges that Fisher viciously and violently raped her on seven occasions with two incidents allegedly taking place in front of other people, while another allegedly found him directing Ackley to record his “aggressive and appalling rape of Buch.”

The suit also alleged that Fisher pressured Buch to break up with her boyfriend, threatening that his “goons will come after him,” insisting she should be “naked at all times” and posting one of his assistants with her 24 hours a day.

The sexual abuse allegations include six more instances of alleged rape, at Buch’s apartment, again in Miami — where he allegedly forced Ackley to participate as well in an unwanted sexual encounter — a third time in Miami, during which he demanded that Ackley record the alleged assault, and a seventh time in Malibu, California, where he allegedly verbally berated her, physically assaulted her and raped her once again.

Buch’s attorney, William J. Briggs told Billboard, “It is unfortunate that Ms. Buch was forced to suffer unthinkable harm at the hands of someone she considered a mentor.” He also confirmed that the restraining order granted to Bush against Fisher in May became a permanent restraining order on June 20.

“Fortunately, Ms. Buch was able to escape Mr. Fisher’s control and bring these horrific allegations to light. No person should have to suffer the type of abuse Ms. Buch has suffered. In addition to seeking redress for Mr. Fisher’s reprehensible conduct, we hope this will shed a light for all those around Mr. Fisher, including other potential victims.” Briggs says he believes that Buch’s potential damages in the case are “in the millions, given the horrific sexual assault.”

Peyton Ackley, an artist, also accused Fisher of making her and Kristina his sex slaves. Peyton said that she considered Fisher as a mentor in the industry, but he’d told her the biz was all about sex.

According to court documents, Fisher walked in on Peyton taking a bath and forced her to have sex with him in front of another producer. She also claims he forced her to take nude photos while he masturbated — and also forced her to record him having sex with Kristina. She alleged that in March 2018 he got violent and slammed her head into a wall and dragged her up a flight of stairs.

Another victim Isabella Mack also filed a lawsuit against Fisher and in her lawsuit she claimed that she was forcefully held against her will while Fisher masturbated and that he demanded she pose for nude pictures and videos.
