Lawrence Sheldon Strulovitch was born on July 11th, 1959. He is best known as Lawrence Stroll, is a Canadian billionaire businessman, part-owner of the Racing Point Formula 1 team and collector of vintage Ferraris. According to Forbes, he has a net worth of US$2.6 billion, as of February 2019.
Lawrence Stroll Career
Stroll invested in bringing Pierre Cardin fashionwear and Ralph Lauren clothing to Canada. Along with Hong Kong investor Silas Chou, Stroll invested in clothing designer Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors, and the pair largely contributed to the multiple brands’ global prevalence today. In the 2000s, Chou and Stroll invested in Asprey & Garrard.
Stroll owns the Canadian racecar circuit Circuit Mont-Tremblant in Quebec’s Laurentian Mountains. In August 2018, Stroll led a consortium of investors in buying the Force India F1 team.

In January 2020, the struggling luxury UK carmaker Aston Martin has announced plans to raise emergency funding worth £500m. A consortium led by billionaire Lawrence Stroll will put in £182m, with the rest of the money coming from existing investors.
Stroll partly owns the Racing Point Formula 1 team, which will be branded Aston Martin from 2021 under the deal.
