Melissa Whitworth is a former beauty pageant and the wife of Andrew Whitworth a former American football offensive tackle who on March 15, announced his retirement after 16 seasons. Melissa was the 2003 Miss Lousiana champion.
A year before his retirement, Whitworth was named the 2021 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year at the 11th Annual NFL Honors. In 2022, he won his first Super Bowl in what would ultimately be his final game, after the Rams defeated his former team, the Cincinnati Bengals, 23–20 in Super Bowl LVI.

For almost two decades in marriage, the couple is blessed with four children. They are twins Sarah and Drew, Michael, and Katherine.
