Millet Grimmett is best known for being the wife of Steve Grimmett, a British heavy metal vocalist who was best known as the lead vocalist for the band Grim Reaper.
He began his career in the wave of British heavy with the band Medusa. He was the lead vocalist who went under the alias Grim Reaper. He recorded a music video in 2007 in conjunction with a commercial for Garmin that aired in Super Bowl XLI.
Steve Grimmett Health Issues
Grimmett was hospitalized in January 2017 due to an aggressive infection on his right leg below the knee in Ecuador. His leg was amputated in the process, and he remained stationed in the medical facility until being released in February of that year.
In April 2017, he began walking again with a prosthetic metal leg. On 14 July, Grimmett performed on stage for the first time since his operation in a wheelchair at Bang Your Head!!!.
Steve Grimmett Death & Cause
Grimmett died on 15 August 2022 at the age of 62.

The Holocaust the Band (Official)wrote, “Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Steve Grimmett, who has passed on. The last time we saw him was in February in Glasgow, and we were due to see him again next month in Germany. Very sad that he’s gone. We will certainly be dedicating a song to his memory at Keep It True Rising, where Grim Reaper should have been headlining.”
