Myáh Lareé Israelite is the woman who was caught on camera on Saturday, September 28, 2019 trespassing inside a lion enclosure in Bronx Zoo.

On September 28, 2019 a woman who has since been identified as Myáh Lareé Israelite was caught on camera trespassing inside a lion enclosure in Bronx Zoo. As she was climbing over the fence to get closer to the lions in the enclosure someone was heard telling her it was a bad idea.
“You’re not supposed to do that. Go ahead and fall in there and see what happens.”
She posted the video on her Instagram account claiming that she had no fear getting into the enclosure as animals can feel llove just like humans. She added that the only people who weren’t scared were her and the children.

She posted a second video where she was waving at the lion. In the caption, she claimed that animals know if one is acting out of love and fearlessness. She claimed that she got out as her soul is pure.

She posted a third photo where she was waving goodbye to the lion calling it baby and saying ‘I Love You’.
Bronx Zoo spokesperson Myáh’s action was a violation and unlawful trespass as barriers and rules are in place to keep both visitors, staff and animals safe.
“This action was a serious violation and unlawful trespass that could have resulted in serious injury or death. Barriers and rules are in place to keep both visitors, staff, and animals safe. We have a zero-tolerance policy on trespass and violation of barriers.”
Bronx Zoo Filed a complaint with the NYPD
According to CNN, the Bronx Zoo filed a complaint for criminal trespass with the New York Police Department. NYPD Detective Sophia Mason told CNN nobody called 911 and no arrests were made, and they were just notified Tuesday. They had no further information to provide.
Myah Autry Arrest – Myah Autry Trespassing Charges
On January 10, 2019 Myrah was arrested in Iowa by the West Burlington Police Department on trespassing charges. She spent two weeks in jail before being released. According to the New York Post, the arrest stemmed from an incident at a Trailways bus depot.
According to West Burlington Police Chief Jesse Logan, he told The Post; “We get it all through here. She just became uncooperative with the manager. She just refused to cooperate with us. So, she just got arrested.”
