Randon Lee who is best known for being the son of Ophelia Nichols, a Digital Content creator who runs the TikTon account @shoelover99 was reportedly shot dead on the night of Friday, June 24 as reported by her mom. Nichols said in the post that her son was killed in Prichard, a suburb of Mobile.
According to his Facebook profile, Nichols’ son worked at Controlled Environment Systems in Mobile. A GoFundMe has been set up to help the family cater for the funeral costs, food for the coming days/weeks, cleaning costs and so that her husband can take some time off work to grieve with the rest of the family.
What have the Police said about the shooting?
The Prichard Police Department in a statement said that they are still investigating the case. The only shooting death that happened in the area on Friday night was at a gas station at around 8 p.m. Investigators have not released the name of the victim but they stated that it was an 18-yea-old male killed a night prior to his birthday. No arrests have been made in the case.

He writes on his Facebook that he is in a relationship with a girl named Skylere Fairchild who is a Medical assistant and went to Fortis College. She just shared a picture of herself with her boyfriend and set it as her profile picture following the news of Randon’s death.
Randon Nichols’s Mom is a Digital Creator
Ophelia Nichols is an influence on TikTok and Instagram whose demeanour has earned a name in the entertainment industry. She describes herself as a Digital Creator with over 152K followers. On TikTok, she has more than 6.6 million followers.
Ophelia has been left devastated by her son’s death. She wrote on Facebook, ” My son was taken from us last night by the hands of another individual at just 18 years old. He would be 19 today but Someone else made the decision to end my son’s life.”
She went on to state that her son’s killers are walking around in their town, living and breathing while her son is not.
“While me and my family are grieving a loss that no mother should ever have to feel, they are free.
I have been up all night with this unrecognizable feeling of hatred in my heart for the person who ended my son’s life and I can’t promise that will ever go away. I know the days ahead are completely unknown but the only hope I have is that this person is found and prosecuted for the murder of my son.”
