Russell Birk is also the wife of Paige Poupart, a designer at Paige Poupart homes, a company she founded in Jan 2020 in Dallas, Texas. Russel was also the owner of Mayor Partners LLC, which owns the Cozymels brand and the Cozymels in Wheaton, IL. Cozymels closed in Aug 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Russel was also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Sagebrook Restaurant Management which was founded in Nov 2013 and ran until Nov 2015. Sagebrook Restaurant Management was formed out of an opportunity to help restaurants improve their top and bottom line results through prudent financial discipline while providing a platform to create an exceptional guest experience.
The other roles that Russells has worked on include as a Corporate Treasurer for Source HOC Business Communication Services from Feb 2012 to Aug 2013 and as a Vice President of Finance / Corporate Treasurer for Genband from May 2010 to Feb 2012.
