Natasha Clements is renown for being the wife to Stephen Clements. The broadcaster had presented the mid-morning Stephen Clements Show on the station since September 2019. He died on January 7th, 2020 at the age of 47.

The presenter had been on social media just hours before his death, sharing a jokey picture of himself ‘caught’ on CCTV on Instagram. Just 16 hours before his death was announced, Stephen shared a montage of pictures with his wife and children, with a prayer and heart emoji.

Natasha and Stephen Clement had been married for over a decade. A day prior to his death, he shared a final heartbreaking tweet of his family, with the prayer and love emoji symbols. The pair had two children, Poppy, seven, and Robbie, three.

Stephen Clements -Career, His Death & Cause

Stephen co-hosted BBC Northern Ireland’s Children in Need programme in November 2019. His Q Radio breakfast show was one of the most popular in Northern Ireland. Stephen went on to co-present BBC Northern Ireland TV series Open for Summer, which aired during the Open Golf Championship at Portrush, County Down in 2019.

He took the reins at Radio Ulster’s mid-morning programme from veteran presenter Sean Coyle in 2019. On Sunday, Stephen retweeted a video of Ricky Gervais’s blistering comedy attack on Hollywood stars at the Golden Globe awards. He called the clip “absolutely brilliant”.  Before working in radio, Clements studied geography at university and lived in South Korea and taught English for some time.

Stephen Clements died on January 7th, 2020 at the age of 47. BBC Northern Ireland director Peter Johnston said: “We are sorry to bring you the sad news of the passing of our colleague, Stephen Clements. “Our thoughts are with Stephen’s family, friends, and colleagues, at this difficult time.”
