Alexander Kraus is accused of killing his brother, Atlanta rapper Archie Eversole. The DeKalb County police say that the rapper was shot on Marc 25 on Golf Vista Circle. He succumbed to the gunshot wound at a nearby hospital on April 3.
Alexander Kraus Arrest and Charges
Kraus was arrested after the shooting on March 25. His initial charge according to the arrest report by the DeKalb County police was aggravated assault. The crimes have however changed to murder following Eversole’s death.
The details surrounding the two siblings’ disagreement have not been made public. They will definitely come to light after Karaus is aligned in court.
Who was Archie Eversole?
Archie Eversole is a German-born American Hip-hop artist. The Atlanta, Georgia artist was known for the gold-selling 2002 album Ride Wit Me Dirty South Style. The other single which hit the sound waves is “We Ready,” a song that samples “Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye” by Steam. The hit song was regularly used as a stadium anthem and in advertisement commercials related to American sports. Eversole released “United We Conquer,” in 2018, a theme for the Atlanta United MLS club.
He studied at the School of Hard Blocks in Atlanta Georgia according to his Facebook.
Archie Eversole Cause of Death
Archie Eversole close family confirmed that the rapper died on April 13, 2022, at the age of 37. According to the New York Post, the Atlanta rapper was shot by his brother, Alexander Kraus on March 25 on Golf Vista Circle. He was at the hospital at the time of his death.
Makiya Mills in a tribute wrote, “Words are so hard to explain right now please keep my family in your prayers.”
“Fly High Arthur Archie Eversole Archie love and miss you, ” Mills further wrote. “It’s so sad you are no longer with us we love you and give heaven some hell my heart is shattered that ur gone!”
In her conclusion, Mills wrote, “It’s hard knowing you are not with us please pray for our family and his we definitely need it!”
