Dave Hibbs, a musician, singer, promoter, and businessman is being reported to have passed away on Wednesday, September 22. He was also an Entertainer Event Specialist as per his Linkedln and part of the musing group, Sons of Song.
A tribute by one of his family members, Emmy Hibbs, a sister in law wrote that Dave had a passion for music and could sing like no other and loved performing. The tribute further reads that Dave loved organizing the Cambridge Fall Fair for well over 20 years.
Dave Hibbs Wife & Children
Dave was married to his wife Janet Hibbs and the couple has a son named Noah Hibbs. Besides them, he is also survived by his sister Alma and brothers. Dave deeply Loved his family and always took good care of his wife Janet Hibbs and his son.
His wife, Janet studied at Conestoga College and occasionally shared her husband’s music events on her Facebook account.

Dave Hibbs sadly passed away on Wednesday, September 22. His sister, Emmy Hibbs wrote in a tribute of Facebook,
“Well, today our family lost a Very Good Man, my Brother-in-law Dave Hibbs. Dave had a passion for music, he could sing like no other and loved performing, he also loved organizing the Cambridge Fall Fair for well over 20 years. Dave deeply Loved his family and it showed, his wife Janet Hibbs and his son Noah are in our thoughts and Prayers today. He will be truly missed by many, especially his siblings, Alma Chapelle, Blair Hibbs & Jack Hibbs as well as several Nieces and Nephews, whom Dave made a strong influence in their lives.. Rest in the arms of Jesus now Dave and may the Heavens roar as you sing one my favourites I loved to listen to you sing “You Raise me up” by Josh Groban .. Until we all reunite in Glory 🙏💙…”
The Cambridge Hall fair wrote in a tribute, “This morning we were shocked and saddened to learn that dear friend and the “heart and soul” of The Cambridge Fall Fair, Dave Hibbs passed away unexpectedly. He was a great man who donated countless hours in support of our organization as well as many others in the community. A devoted family man, he will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and love for life. We are grateful that he shared so many wonderful moments with us over the years at the fair.
