Newton responded It’s funny to hear a female talk about routes. It’s funny.”The answer prompted a reaction with many calling the response from Cam Newton sexist. The NFL league issued a statement following the comments condemning it. Newton is currently not employed by any NFL team. The then NFL spokesman, Brian McCarthy in a statement termed the comments as plain wrong and disrespectful to the exceptional female reporters and the journalist who cover the league.
Jourdan also worked as a Penn State football Beat Reporter and co-produced the 2015 documentary on the Dobson Girls Basketball team and their Div 1 championship.
Immediately after she graduated from the Arizona University in 2014, she joined the Seattle storm where she started working as an in-house content author and advanced Correspondence colleague. She was also involved in coordinating online media and media relations projects.
